ELIGIBILITY FOR SCHOOL RATES

To access our regional school pricing, your group must meet the following criteria:

 

Led by a Chicagoland K-12 teacher

Include a minimum of 15 students

Follow our mandatory chaperone policy

KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

School group chaperones receive complimentary admission based on the required supervision ratio of 1 adult per 10 students. Additional adults pay the regional school rate.
Chaperones include any adult accompanying the group—e.g., parent, teacher, volunteer, or administrator.

Groups are booked beginning at the top of the hour or at half past the hour. To best meet your desired experience time, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check in, collect tickets and store any large bags.
  • Regional School rates are offered during standard operating hours.
  • Full payment is due a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival on a credit card, or your booking will be cancelled. Please speak to our team if you wish to use an alternate method of payment.
  • Amendments and cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled experience time without penalty.
  • Guests must be over 102cm/40” tall to ride.
  • Chaperone policy is strictly enforced; exceptions are not permitted.
  • If you miss your reserved experience time, you will be required to rebook a new time, subject to availability.
