What organizations qualify for the Flyover Fundraising Program?
Flyover considers applications from charitable nonprofit organizations that have received federal income tax exemption under IRC Section 501(c)(3). As part of our charitable giving guidelines, priority is given to organizations serving Southern Nevada communities. Flyover does not partner with individual causes, for-profit ventures, religious organizations, or political groups. Flyover reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
How much of my purchase supports the fundraiser?
30% of each ticket sold is returned to the organization as part of the fundraising program. The amount contributed may vary based on the fundraising agreement and the total number of tickets sold.
How do I ensure my purchase supports the correct organization?
Each participating organization receives a unique fundraising link and/or QR code that tracks ticket purchases back to their fundraiser.
To ensure your purchase is credited to the correct organization, please make sure you accessed this page through the organization's unique link or QR code before completing your purchase.
When will the organization receive fundraising proceeds?
Fundraising proceeds are typically distributed within 45 days following the close of the fundraising campaign or event.
What promotional materials are available?
Flyover can provide promotional assets such as flyers, graphics, and social media images to help participating organizations promote their fundraising campaign.
How does Flyover track fundraising sales?
All fundraising purchases are tracked through a unique fundraising link and/or QR code provided to each approved organization. Tickets purchased through that dedicated link will automatically be credited to the organization's campaign.
How far in advance should organizations apply?
Organizations are encouraged to submit fundraising requests at least four weeks before their desired campaign launch date.
When will I know if my fundraising application has been approved?
A Flyover representative will contact you using the information provided in your application to discuss the status of your request and next steps.
