ELIGIBILITY FOR SCHOOL RATES

To access our regional school pricing, your group must meet the following criteria:

 

Be led by a teacher from a primary or secondary school within the Vancouver Lower Mainland

Include a minimum of 15 students

Follow our mandatory chaperone policy

KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

School group chaperones receive complimentary entry based on required ratios:

  • Ages 13 & under: 1 adult per 6 students
  • Ages 14 & up: 1 adult per 10 students

 

Additional adults pay the regional school rate. All school groups must sign and follow our behaviour policy; failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Chaperones include any adult accompanying the group—e.g., parent, teacher, volunteer, or administrator.

Groups are booked beginning at the top of the hour or at half past the hour. To best meet your desired experience time, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check in, collect tickets and store any large bags.
  • School pricing is unavailable on statutory holidays. 
  • To secure the booking, we require full payment in advance on a credit card. 
  • Amendments and cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled experience time without penalty.
  • Guests must be over 102cm/40” tall to ride.
  • Chaperone policy is strictly enforced; exceptions are not permitted.
  • If you miss your reserved experience time, you will be required to rebook a new time, subject to availability.
